Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SportsZoneKids, we want you to enjoy our products, services, subscriptions, and live streams. Please read our policy carefully.

Refunds:

  • Only if a purchased product/service is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Or if cancelled within 7 business days of purchase (cooling-off period), as required by the Consumer Protection Act.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method (5–10 working days).

Cancellations:

  • Physical goods: cancel within 24 hours if not yet shipped.

  • Services or bookings: cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Subscriptions: you may cancel at any time. No refunds for the current subscription period; access continues until the end of that period.

  • Late cancellations or missed services may incur a fee.

Live Streams & Donations:

  • Payments or donations for live streaming events are non-refundable.

  • Access to live streams is personal and cannot be shared or transferred.

Subscriptions & Member Access:

  • Once a subscription is purchased, you must log in as a member to access your account.

  • Membership provides access to scheduled live events as included in your subscription plan.

  • Access is tied to your membership account and is non-transferable.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Digital products once accessed or downloaded (e.g., online courses, e-books)

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Services already rendered, including live stream access

  • Subscriptions for the current billing period
